A routine traffic stop turned into a two-hour standoff Monday night in Texarkana, Texas.

A Bowie County jury has sentenced former Telford Unit inmate Tre Lee Jackson, 32, to life in prison for his role in a prison contraband operation that smuggled drugs and cell phones into the New Boston correctional facility.
